'Our donors and the maintenance of our donor information was one of the most important factors when the decision was made to acquire the CRM solution,' says HRH Princess Dina Mired, Director of the Foundation. 'We want our donors to feel secure in their decision to contribute. With CRM we will be able to fulfil the wishes of donors as to where they would like their contributions to go.'
The ACCPAC CRM system will support two key efforts. It will support the maintenance and management of donor information and will also be implemented for the Foundation's Healthcare Program. The Healthcare Program currently has 56,000 members and offers limited cancer coverage for cancer victims at the King Hussein Cancer Center.
According to Hatem Salah, UBA's General Manager, the newly installed Customer Relationship Management Solution will not just provide complete access to the foundation donor information, marketing and client care, but will offer access to the back office accounting as well, which will facilitate the management of accounting information as well as medical history, account status, and other relevant data.
'We need innovative approaches in serving our members,' said Tanya Mango, Manager of the Healthcare Program. 'ACCPAC CRM is set to deliver a wide spectrum of choices in the way we design and deliver our services, interact with donors and members, and measure our success in achieving our objectives.' Mango explains that one of the most important factors in choosing the ACCPAC CRM solution was its out-of-the-box integration with the rest of the software systems that the Foundation uses. She explains: 'If CRM does not interface with our accounting and finance ACCPAC software, then it would be of little relevance to us.'
Marc Van der Ven, General Manager for ACCPAC Middle East, ends: 'Jordan remains a growing market for ACCPAC thanks to our partners and our client base, which continues to follow our lead in business software. We are proud to be part of the Jordan Amal Cancer Foundation technology adoption program not only because of the humanitarian benefits involved, but because it symbolizes the level of technology awareness among the leaders of the country.'
