Jebel Ali International Hotels has spent the last five months working with the Public Health Department and three other leading hotels on a food hygiene and safety project, which aims to implement hygiene and safety in all Dubai 4 & 5 star hotels.
Chef Patrick Bischoff, Executive Chef of Oasis Beach Hotel, and Marion Raajmakers, Quality Manager Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa, held a presentation during the 4 & 5 Stars Hotels, Catering Companies and Clubs General Meeting, which focused on ways to improve and implement hygiene and safety in food institutions.
Both were thanked by Salem Bin Mesmar, Director of Public Health Department for their innovative presentation through which they showed Jebel Ali International Hotels concern and devotion to improve the food hygiene and safety standards in Dubai food establishments.
Dubai Municipality awards Jebel Ali International Hotels
Jebel Ali International Hotels recently accepted an appreciation award from the Public Health Department during an award ceremony held at the Dubai Municipality Staff Club.
