Mashreqbank Burjuman branch relocates to Business Centre
- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, May 20 - 2003 at 12:37
- PRESS RELEASE
Mashreqbank has relocated its Burjuman branch to the Business Centre on Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street, popularly known as Bank Street, Bur Dubai.
"The Burjuman residential area and Khalid Bin Al Waleed Street have both grown enormously over the past 15 years, so we have virtually doubled the floor space by moving to this new location," said Steven Pinto, Head of Retail Banking Group, Mashreqbank.
Occupying two floors, the modern and attractively merchandised branch provides conventional teller services on the lower level and comfortable interview and lounge facilities upstairs. It follows Mashreqbank's extended opening hours, which on weekdays extend until 4.15pm.
The branch incorporates Mashreqbank's 'Clicks and Mortar' philosophy of providing more services at more branches in more convenient locations, each one capable of providing all the service of main branches. This is achieved using advanced technology to integrate all of the branch's back office functions centrally.
"Mashreqbank is customer focused and committed to responding to their needs. This not only means being the only UAE bank with branches in all seven emirates but also augmenting our wide branch network with the most advanced and user friendly remote banking services via the Internet, Phone and SMS technology," added Pinto.
The branch offers a full range of corporate and retail banking products and services including credit cards, MashreqMillionaire, personal loans, investment products and fixed deposits.
