Al Yousuf does its part - Leads development of UAE spare parts market

Al Yousuf Motors is set to expand its network of Spare Parts service outlets to thirteen branches across the UAE by July 2003, extending the convenience, accessibility and customer support of the Al Yousuf network to every Emirate.

Currently operating an extensive network of spare parts outlets throughout the country, the four additional locations planned for Abu Dhabi, Fujairah and Al Nasr Square in Dubai will join the existing Al Yousuf spare parts outlets spanning Rashidya and Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Abu Dhabi.

"Our commitment to providing finest customer care and support in the region has lead to an aggressive and proactive growth strategy in recent times," said Eqbal Al Yousuf, Vice Chairman, Al Yousuf Group. "While we already operate an extensive network of spare parts outlets across the country, we will not rest until we are confident every Al Yousuf customer in the UAE can easily access our Spare Parts operation."

Boasting a comprehensive network of outlets and state-of-the-art computerised customer support system, UAE customers can access spare parts for most makes and models of vehicle, at any Al Yousuf Spare Parts branch. The centralised server allows each Al Yousuf branch to instantly access up-to-the-minute information regarding the availability, location and cost of all products, providing top line service at every location.

"Our flagship warehouse and sales centre on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai is the best of its kind in the Middle East," said Khawaja Siddique, General Manager - Parts, Al Yousuf Motors. "Through our centralised computer network, customers at any of Al Yousuf Spare Parts' branches can instantly access data and parts - almost as if they were in the Sheik Zayed Road facility in person."
