AqarLink revamps its flagship OfficeLink application

It helps real estate professionals quickly become more productive and effective in servicing their customers, whether they are a single agent, broker, or a large consortium of real estate companies.

OfficeLink also integrates aqarlink.com's powerful listing service and prominent online presence with its clients' own company websites. As a result of this tight integration, properties listed by agents in client offices are available in search engine results within 24-48 hours in many cases. In addition to standard listing management features such as property/listing entry, maintenance, archiving, and advertising capabilities, OfficeLink offers the following services to its subscribers:

• AppraiseLink - Allows members to request property appraisals based on "Comparables" data in AqarLink's property database
• BrochureLink - Helps members design and print custom property brochures with a few clicks of a mouse
• FormLink - Allows member offices to download standard real estate and legal forms. New forms are continually added in response to member requests

The latest OfficeLink update primarily includes the ShowcaseLink service, which enables agents to easily feature their listings on their own company websites with a click of a mouse. This is made possible by the new controls added to the agent profile management section.
