Sharjah announces new real estate rules

The Sharjah Executive Council has issued new real estate rules under which landlords can turn their residential buildings into commercial and professional facilities according to certain conditions, Wam has reported. Under the new measures, a committee will be formed to examine applications for commercial and professional use of buildings in view of technical criteria.
