Orascom Development set to build $245m Four Seasons Hotels

Egypt's Orascom Development plans to build two Four Seasons-branded hotels, one in Egypt and the other in Oman, by second-half 2011 for a total investment of $245m, Reuters has reported. The first hotel, which will be in the Red Sea resort of El-Gouna, is to cost $85m and will have a capacity of 150 rooms and 60 villas, while the second property is expected to cost $160m with a capacity of 200 rooms and 75 villas.
