Abu Dhabi to commence road upgrades

The municipality of Abu Dhabi has announced the Hazza Bin Zayed Al Najda Street intersection will be closed on September 11 to facilitate construction work on Al Salam Street, Wam has reported. Al Salam Street Project includes upgrading the existing road to an urban expressway with a network of roads and tunnels that will lead to a smooth free-flow facility of an estimated capacity of 6,000 vehicles per hour on each direction.
