Hyundai Motor Company's Luxury Committee meets to discuss Middle East customer requirements

Hyundai Motor Company's Luxury Committee has met in Sharm Al Shaikh, Egypt to discuss Middle East customer requirements and how to enhance them.

The quarterly meeting - which took place in September 2010 - was attended by representatives from UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Syria, Jordan, Oman, in addition to the top management of regional headquarters situated in Dubai.

According to President of Juma Al Majid Est, Mr. Isam Abu Nabah: "Representatives take these quarterly Hyundai Luxury Meetings very seriously as we understand that our discussions result in major Hyundai product enhancements."

He added: "Juma Al Majid Est - being the sole distributor of Hyundai Motor Company in the UAE - plays a major role in this committee and understands that its outcome will directly affect and enhance the Hyundai Luxury Segment in the UAE, delivering the best results and better serving our UAE customers."

Hyundai UAE's Marketing Manager, Mr. Omar Baddar said of the meeting:
"Because these quarterly meetings integrate three vital aspects of the company's operations, namely marketing, product and sales enhancement, they produce several results, including establishing new marketing strategies to enhance customer perception and investigating and discovering how Hyundai reached the luxury market faster and more efficiently than other brands."


The Hyundai Motor Company - with help from Middle East Distributors - established the Hyundai Luxury Committee in 2008 and since then has introduced two luxury vehicles to the market, namely the Hyundai Genesis and Hyundai Centennial.
