DHL UAE launches USD 1 million rebranding campaign
- United Arab Emirates: Tuesday, May 27 - 2003 at 10:12
- PRESS RELEASE
The first stage of a USD 1 million re-branding campaign by DHL UAE, the Emirates' leading air express supplier, has got underway with a huge billboard on Dubai's Sheikh Zayed Road.
"The campaign will roll throughout the Emirates over coming months and take in all external and internal collateral," explained David Wild, General Manager, DHL UAE. "This includes re-branding our vehicle fleet, our offices and air express centres, our staff uniforms and stationery."
The new DHL Worldwide Express logo was introduced earlier this year to deliver a very visual representation of the new DHL, which combines the forces of all Deutsche Post World Net express and logistics activities.
"The new corporate branding takes the traditional red DHL logo and sets it against a new yellow background," said Wild. "It creates a very immediate impact of change.
"We are confident our customers will take to the new look while remaining assured that our commitment to service excellence goes unchanged."
