The Arab German Insurance Co. Ltd. modernizes its Medical Insurance business

This is the second ESKADENIA Medical Insurance system to be deployed at a leading insurance company in Jordan.

ESKADENIA's Medical Insurance system is a generic insurance management system designed to meet the largest set of business requirements in the Health Insurance field. The system has been designed to automate the Health Insurance life cycle, reduce operational cost, simplify processes, speed up work, maintain historical data and ensure a high level of security.

The new deployed system enables AGI to define medical insurance products and medical networks. It also enables managing insurance claims and reinsurance transactions in an efficient and simple manner. The deployed system is, in addition, integrated with the financial modules of ESKADENIA® Business Manager to maintain the needed financial information and accounts updates. The bi-lingual system provides extensive reports and statistics and has a user-friendly interface that provides the users with easy access to various information and processes.

ESKADENIA and AGI held a joint press conference on the 26th of May to mark this important contract. Deputy General Manager of the Arab German Insurance Company Ra'ed Raimouny said: 'This system will automate all of our medical operations and will secure accurate and fast data recording. In addition it will facilitate a large number of transactions as it is the case in the health insurance class'.

CARE NOW General Manager Lu'ai Abu Obeid added: 'The system will create a balance in our medical management information as it will provide a day-to-day follow-up in the fields of Administration, Claims, Reinsurance, Network, Accounts and Utilization Management'.
