HP confirmed today its leadership in the Tablet PC market in the Middle East and Africa. Results are based on the release of Canalys Q1 03 figures.
Christoph Schell, the general manager of the Personal Systems Group of HP Middle East said, " HP's Tablet PC sales in the region have surpassed our expectations since its launch into the market 6 months ago. We have enjoyed enormous success across the region, primarily in the health and retail sectors."
Weighing a mere 3pounds, the HP Compaq Tablet PC TC1000 is the lightest, most cost-effective in its class offering the greatest flexibility and unprecedented mobility with 5 hours of battery life and 90 minutes of productivity per pound of carrying weight.
