Both schools are managed by Global Education Management Systems GEMS, the Varkey Group's education management consultancy and systems provider.

I am delighted to be working with Al Khor International School and GEMS to help our students be a part of this development," said Adams, who took a brief sabbatical following the end of her tenure at Jumeirah Primary School and will formally assume her new role this September. GEMS recently was awarded the management contract for the RasGas Qatargas Al Khor International school.
