At the weekly meeting of the Organising Committee chaired by Mr. Qassim Sultan, the Medical Services Committee presented an overview of the preparations including the type of work and coordination done with the Ministry of Health, health departments, hospitals and private clinics to ensure that all human resources and medical equipment would be fully prepared and ready during the Annual Meetings for the benefit of the participating delegates.
The Medical Services Committee will have a complete system in place by September 15 in anticipation of any emergencies that might arise before, during and after the meetings.
Mr. Qassim Sultan also instructed that a sample online visa application facility by the Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department for delegates who wish to attend the event, be discussed between Mr. Ibrahim Belselah, General Coordinator of Dubai 2003, and committee members, Mr. Obeid Salem and Mr. Ahmed Abdulrahman Al Banna.
