Acer increases achievements in Egypt by strengthening its Reseller Channel

Acer Computer (M.E) Ltd. has announced a wide-ranging campaign to bring its latest technology to Egypt as part of its effort to increase its sales in the retail and corporate technology market.
The resellers meetings, which are expected to attract more than 150 partners from across the country, are being held so resellers can learn about Acer's ambitious plans for Egypt.
"So far this year we have surpassed our targets in Egypt and we could not have achieved this result without the hard work and dedication that has been show by our channel partners. Hosting these meetings in Egypt shows the resellers that we are committed to assisting them achieve business growth and profitability," said Krishna Murthy, General Manager, Acer Computer (M.E.) Ltd., who is speaking at the events.
The events are being held to educate the reseller channel about Acer's new policies and services, and highlight some of the most recently released products.
Specific industries are also contributing to an increase in sales for Acer products. "The demand for Acer products is mostly being driven by oil and gas companies, banking organizations and government departments," said Tarek Aboul Kassem, general manager, Mantrac - an Acer certified sales partner in the region.
Based on the high-standards of service expected by customers in Egypt, Acer has invested in making sure that partners offer optimum levels of support. "We are focusing on the services that are offered to customers because Egyptian people are really interested in getting the best," said Basem Ewaiwi, Regional Sales Manager, CIS & East Mediterranean, Acer Computer (M.E.) Ltd.
As well as holding events - such as the ones being held in Cairo and Alexandria on June 9 and 11 respectively - Acer's partners receive ongoing support, including access to highly-trained technical staff and a dedicated Web site containing up-to-the-minute product, marketing and other critical and useful information.
In addition, channel partners benefit from the sales leads and opportunities that result from Acer's innovative brand advertising campaigns. This ongoing support helps partners win business, which in turn assists Acer's plans for growth.
