Deputy Mayor of Jeddah inaugurates city's newest mall

La Promenade II is located on the strategic corner where Jeddah's most prestigious commercial boulevard intersects with Hail Street, close to its sister center La Promenade 1. The new center consists of three floors with a total area of 9,000 square meters occupied by 27 leased areas plus the second floor food court, and La Promenade II Café where diners can watch the chefs as they star in the exhibition kitchen.

Retailing companies with outlets in the center are Future Team with their Charanga, Pois, Cinti and Fruscio outlets, Aldanah Group shops such as Milano Square, Adolfo Dominguez, Intimissimi, and Calzedonia, and Zahid TREC shops that include Lifestylez, Malhas, Evita Peroni, Bonbonat.

Interior design and décor is based on the philosophy of "minimalism" and follows the concept of a wave theme of glass mosaics that shade from light to dark gray, allowing attention to be focused on the displays of merchandise. During daytime an opaque skylight and large clear glass windows provide natural lighting, but at night the interior of La Promenade II is transformed by scenographic projected lighting that allows for dynamic and distinctive effects. The high quality of materials used and the high standard of finish throughout the center, combine to create an ambiance of unobtrusive luxury.

La Promenade II has a large number of indoor, outdoor and underground parking spaces, and the handicapped are provided for with ramps and special parking and toilets, while ladies facilities on the first and second floors are fitted with changing stations for babies.
