Emircom achieves Cisco Silver Status and IP Telephony specialisation

This process included an independent, on-site audit, customer satisfaction surveys and the accumulation of Channel Partner points through training in Cisco's latest technologies.

Cisco is the only company that hires and funds an objective third party to conduct annual audits of its Silver Channel Partners. These audits ensure that only the highest quality partners are part of the Program and that they meet uniform standards set by the company.

As a Silver Certified Partner, Emircom will be branded as a Cisco Silver Certified Partner and recognised in the online Cisco Partner Locator. Emircom will also be able to work with Cisco on joint sales and marketing initiatives and gain access to training through Cisco's Partner E-Learning Connection and Cisco Customer Satisfaction best practices and tools.
