The US$1.5 million project represents a new phase in Ets F.A. Kettaneh's major expansion initiative and is part of Audi's continued investment in the Middle East and North Africa. Located in the Beirut Medawar area, the new centre is the third to be opened in the region and follows Audi's impressive international showroom design concept, found in Audi facilities across the world.

In 2002, as part of its development plan and its commitment to deliver a better service, Kettaneh introduced the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program and a new automotive workshop, with an investment of over US$1 million. By investing in this facility, Ets. F.A. Kettaneh has clearly demonstrated its commitment to the Audi marque, supported by a strong and dedicated team ready to deliver life to the Audi brand values.

The concept of the Audi Centre is to deliver superior levels of service, as standard, across all Audi markets, visually represented by a uniform design concept, immediately recognisable wherever you are in the world.

"The Audi Centre provides a totally fresh approach to sales and aftersales service, offering Kettaneh's valued customers a one-stop, first class service - at no-frills prices," said Ali Bilaloglu, managing director, Audi Middle and Near East.

"Excellent, friendly, convenient service, peace of mind and total satisfaction are the fundamental aims of the Audi Centre, combined with an unending mission to pamper Audi customers and their cars," he added.

The dealership facility follows Audi's "One name, one standard, everywhere" design philosophy. It features the familiar glass and aluminium architecture that is characteristic of this leading German Brand. The exterior spotlights a unique, metallic silver pylon with the signature Audi rings, flanked by colourful banners in traditional Audi red, grey, black and white. It is anchored by an arching roof set atop glass panes.

On the inside, the dynamic showroom reflects the exhilarating performance and comfort of Audi. Circular vehicle displays and curved walls enhance the sense of movement, and the finishes convey precise luxury.

Christian Nehme, Division Manager at Ets F.A. Kettaneh S.A, feels that the new Audi showroom will have a unique visual appeal that will further increase public awareness of this prestigious brand.

"The moment a customer drives into an Audi facility, it is immediately clear everything is new, yet reflective of the rich heritage, history and legend that is Audi - the name that stands for high-quality vehicles with advanced technology and progressive design", said Nehme.

While the expression of each facility may be unique, the image is consistent. Colour is kept to a minimum to allow the Audi logo and identity to contrast with the architecture and materials that closely align with the brands' values of design and advanced technology.
