STALCO steers operation on Orion

With Orion, STALCO will enjoy the benefits of having a fully integrated single platform solution, deployed across the company's IT infrastructure. The Orion implementation will take place at STALCO's headquarters in Dubai and is scheduled to go live in six months.

The selected Orion solution represents a complete integrated financial and operational solution which will provide STALCO with online access to enterprise information, across its six main operating divisions - Shipping, International Freight Forwarding, Exhibitions handling, Air Cargo, Travel & Tourism and Real Estate - allowing in-depth business analysis, enhanced forecasting capability and overall cost reduction, a direct result of increased performance levels. STALCO recognized the need for such a robust enterprise business solution to achieve success in the face of a constantly challenging business environment and complex customer requirements.
