Emirates Islamic Bank seeks to recruit 120 UAE nationals in 2011

As part of the National Day Celebrations, Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB) announced the next stage of their move towards increasing opportunities for the national talent within the bank. EIB will launch a new round of training programs to facilitate UAE national employees help deliver on EIB's commitment of being a centre for world class Sharia financial services.
"We are fully dedicated to having the brightest and most committed individuals working in our bank. From new bank tellers to branch managers and senior executives, we must have the best available people to sustain and enhance our leading position in the market," said Mr. Faisal Aqil, GM Retail Banking for Emirates Islamic Bank. "Emiritisation is a key priority for us and we hope with programmes like this, we can continue to attract talent to join our ranks".
In 2010, EIB had a strong presence at the career fairs across the UAE as part of the strategic move to uncover promising talent in the upcoming workforce as a reiteration of Emirates Islamic Bank's firm commitment to Emiratisation.
