Berkeley Services selects SalesLOGIX CRM

Berkeley Services, a leading property facilities management and services company in the U.A.E., has selected SalesLOGIX customer relationship management (CRM) software to improve customer service and enhance operations.
Berkeley receives a large number of telephone calls everyday from customers requesting for services and registering inquiries. SalesLOGIX will integrate with the PABX telephone system so that when a call comes in, all relevant customer information automatically pops up on a service agents terminal. Service staff can greet customers by name and instantly view customer history empowering them to deal more effectively with customers.
Once a customer enquiry is registered in SalesLOGIX, the system automatically triggers a series of actions required to resolve the matter. Depending on the nature of the issue, messages are sent to relevant departments informing them of the subject. When a matter is not resolved within a certain timeframe, it is escalated to higher management.
SalesLOGIX keeps customers informed about the progress of their queries and a message can be sent to customers each time the status of a log changes. For customers with annual contracts, renewal notices are automatically sent from the system.
The Marketing Department will also use SalesLOGIX create and manage campaigns targeting strategic customers and prospects. Solutions Middle East, a SALESLOGIX CRM partner, is implementing the solution.
