meBANK recruits new Head of Marketing

Emirates Bank International and meBANK, the region's most innovative retail bank, have announced the appointment of Mudit Saxena as Head of Marketing.

Managing the team of meBANK's retail banking marketeers, Mudit will be responsible for the Product management and marketing of Cards, Deposits, Investments, and Loans in addition to meBANK's numerous banking channels such as ATM's, Internet and mobile banking.

Formerly Vice President of Marketing for HDFC Bank in India, Mudit has spent time in Advertising and Sales of consumer products before moving into retail banking with American Express. The last seven years in retail banking have provided Mudit with the fundamental knowledge and experience in order to act as the brand custodian of such a fast moving retail bank.

Mudit Saxena said, "I am delighted to have had the opportunity to join such a unique, vibrant and dynamic organisation. My business skills will prove essential in fulfilling the demanding position of the Head of Marketing and I relish the challenges of working with Emirates Bank and continuing its success as the most innovative retail banks in the region."
