USD41m Al Futtaim mall deal

Al Futtaim Group is investing a total of USD41m in retail outlets in the Gardens Shopping Mall, a major development close to Jebel Ali on the outskirts of Dubai. The first outlets will open in early 2005. Ceo Omar Al Futtaim said convenience and world class brands would ensure the success of the project.
