Requirements include having dedicated consultants certified by Scala, and recruiting a certain number of technical and support experts. Scala Arabia has successfully fulfilled all the requirements, and is now officially recommended by Scala to its customers as a professional business partner. It also has received a Scala Accredited Partner plaque and the right to use a special Scala Accredited Partner logo.
