- PRESS RELEASE
Following the recent introduction of the first manufacturer-approved Japanese brand CPO program in the UAE, Arabian Automobiles has added another feather to its cap with the opening of UAE's largest used cars facility. In a media event held today, the company which is the exclusive dealer for Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, displayed the largest line-up of used cars from various manufacturers in a 7000 sq. m facility.
Arabian Automobiles is projecting the new-car-to-used-car sales ratio to shift to a 1:1 ratio in the next few years as used cars become an equally popular choice. Currently the UAE used car market is estimated to amount to approximately 100,000 sales a year, making it a significant market sub-sector.
Customers wishing to purchase a used vehicle in the UAE are currently faced with the choice of searching for their desired vehicle at one of the used car operations at the major automotive retailers or visiting one of the hundreds of independent used vehicle sellers at areas such as Al Aweer in Dubai. Arabian Automobiles Pre-Owned Quality Cars and its new 7000 sq. m facility located behind the well known Sheikh Zayed Road Nissan showroom aims to provide a 'one-stop shop' for customers to browse, select, purchase/finance and license their used approved vehicle all on one site and under-written by the Nissan Certified Pre-owned program.
"Arabian Automobiles has planned several expansion strategies as part of the investment in its used cars business. We look forward to introducing further used cars facilities in Umm Al Quwain and Sharjah in early 2012 and in the Northern Emirates in 2013" concluded Ayat.
