SAYGA opts for SalesLOGIX CRM

Algosaibi Information Systems, a regional Sage Enterprise partner with offices in UAE & Saudi, has signed a deal worth AED 300,000 to implement SalesLOGIX customer relationship management (CRM) software at SAGYA, the leading company in Sudan.

SAGYA's objective for implementing CRM is to strengthen its leadership position. It plans to user SalesLOGIX to help it maximize both customer retention and market penetration. As a first step, SAYGA will focus on building an accurate database of its customers & prospects.

Once the database is mature, SAGYA will use it to increase marketing effectiveness. Prospect information will be used to improve lead generation, reduce cost per lead and increase overall campaign effectiveness. Customer knowledge will be used to increase revenue per sale, reduce sales cycle time and increase cross sales. SalesLOGIX will also help SAGYA improve customer service quality.

Ihab Latif, Managing Director of SAYGA said, "We plan to use CRM to increase customer revenue and lifetime value by maximizing our share of customer business and decreasing cost-to-sell and cost-to-serve in our preferred business segments."

By improving customer communication, we will know what the market needs and deliver the right products at the right price. CRM will give us the tools to respond more proactively to our customers, improve their satisfaction and commitment to us" concluded Ihab.
