Hyperlink becomes Oracle's Certified Advantage Partner after meeting tough criteria

The new certification, apart from taking Hyperlink to the select and high competence list of Oracle partners, will translate into superior levels of service for end-users, helped by Hyperlink's privileged status as one of the preferred partners. Hyperlink is one of only two IT companies to get this prestigious certification in the Middle East.

Hyperlink had to meet several stringent criteria before getting the upgrade to the CAP e-Business Suite Track. The criteria included evaluation of the experience of the members of the Hyperlink team, revenue target set by Oracle, presenting a business plan for the coming year and getting Oracle approval of the upgrade. Hyperlink's high levels of competency can be gauged from the fact that the Oracle CAP certification came just seven days after submission, a rare honour for a Middle Eastern firm.
