New range of apartments unveiled by Jumeirah Beach Residence

The special apartments comprise penthouses, duplexes and terraces and will add a new dimension to the existing line-up. These are aimed at the top-end of the market, said Hashim Al Dabal, Chief Executive Officer for Jumeirah Beach Residence project.

The project management decided to add these apartments after feasibility study showed that there is a great gap in this segment.

Al Dabal said the new apartments are to be built under a revised criterion of quality. The penthouses, located on the top of the 40 towers, would consist of two floors. Each will have a special swimming pool and jacuzzi and offer the choice of three interior finish options and four versions of floor plans.


Private elevators
The duplexes are four-bedroom apartments offering double-level duplex design, full height windows, double height living and dining halls and an exclusive elevator will cater to these apartments.

The terrace apartments located on the 20th floor and above offer single and double terrace options, a choice of two and four bedrooms and the option of an attached swimming pool on one terrace.

Al Dabal said Jumeirah Beach Residence is working on offering a wide range of special apartments to meet the varying demands of different categories of customers. "In keeping with our promise of transparency and offering affordable luxury, these premium apartments will yet be priced competitively versus the market to ensure that JBR maintains its edge of unbeatable value for money."

The JBR experience could be sampled at their new sales centre at Building 15 of Dubai Internet City, where potential investors could view floor plans, interior finishing options, a model of the development and also show-apartments as well as an animation of the interior of the apartments.
