JBR, new penthouse apartments

Dubai's upcoming Jumeirah Beach Residence is adding penthouses, duplexes and terrace apartments with swimming pools to its line-up. The 40 towers of the JBR will each feature these special apartments with their own exclusive elevators. Terrace apartments on the 20th floor will have the option of their own swimming pool on one terrace.
