Food and Beverage Director appointed by ACCOR World Trade Centre Hotels, Dubai

ACCOR World Trade Centre Hotels, Dubai has appointed Mr Stuart Neilsen as Food and Beverage Director for the ACCOR World Trade Centre Hotels, due to open soon.

Working under the direction of General Manager Mr Ignace Bauwens, Stuart will co-ordinate a total of 9 Food and Beverage outlets and catered events at the Novotel and the Ibis. He will oversee all arrangements in the Novotel at Café Cream (Coffee Shop/Patisserie), the Blue Bar, Entre Nous (Restaurant - International Cuisine), Chill bar (Poolside) and Booster Bar (Health Club). At the Ibis he will supervise catering activities in Le Gourmand (Buffet bar), p.m Bar, Cubo (Italian Pasta House) and Chianti's (winebar). Prior to joining the team, Mr Neilsen held several management positions in large resorts in his native Australia.

"With both hotels opening in time for IMF, this is going to be a very busy period, particularly for the Food and Beverage Department. The ACCOR World Trade Centre Hotels are an exciting opportunity for Stuart to build on his extensive experience and demonstrate excellent management skills though a diverse range of F&B outlets and events. We are very happy to have him on board." said Mr Bauwens.
