Land sales, no summer lull

The traditional summer slowdown has not yet been witnessed in land sales in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, reported Dubai Lands Department. Last week sales in Dubai totalled USD24.8m while the other two emirates managed USD19.9m. Residential plots were most in demand, particularly for villas.
