General Motors has launched its all-new Chevrolet Caprice in the UAE through local distributors Al Otaiba, Al Yousuf and Liberty Automobiles. The Caprice LTZ has dual air bags, Blaupunkt six-disc CD, anti-lock brakes, fog lamps and eight-way power driver and passenger seats.
