Sanyo range of multimedia LCD projectors expanded

As part of its regional expansion plan, Sanyo, one of the many international brands in the electronics portfolio of the Al-Futtaim Group, recently announced the launch of a new range of high technology projectors.
Sanyo, currently market leaders in the LCD projector segment with a global market share of over 30%, has introduced a new range of projectors that are feature-rich and are set to redefine the projector market. The portable PLC-XP46 and the large venue PLC-UF15 have been developed to upgrade and enhance the capabilities of a number of projector models. The PJ-Net Organiser Plus, a wired networking system provides advanced tools for the control and administration of one or more projectors from a single computer.
"The Middle East is increasingly and rapidly becoming a central business hub on the world market. The fact that the International Monetary Fund conference is being held in Dubai is a clear indication that the region is poised to become not only a business and trade port of call, but also a conference-ready zone for international summits," said Peter Castelino, GM, Al Futtaim Electronics (Sanyo).
He added, "For a region to stand out as equipped to deal with the technological requirements of a global meeting room, it needs the most reliable and most sophisticated of hardware powered by software that brings it all to life. Sanyo has prospered because it provides all these elements to prestigious companies in the region and worldwide. Explaining the benefits to the end consumer, Peter coninued, "The projectors offer the ultimate in presentation technology and with a wireless imager kit, which enables IP address settings, PC images can be shown on the projection screen via a wireless access point on the network. This is extremely beneficial in allowing business to business communications with the projector and PC are wireless connected".
Not just catering to the corporate market, these models also fulfil the needs of the general film enthusiast, and small-medium businesses. The range of projectors can literally bring home theatre into your own home. With models that provide high definition 16:9 wide screen format and super high format the range provides the optimal in-house home theatre entertainment and facilities.
