Dubai villa prices surge

The price of a new four-bed freehold villa in Dubai has risen by 20 per cent over the past year. Such villas released at The Gardens this week now cost USD588,000 compared with USD489,000 for similar villas at The Meadows a year ago. Dubai's freehold villa market is only a year old but prices are clearly moving upwards.
