Gardens, second phase starts

Work on the second phase of The Gardens, an apartment township at Jebel Ali outside Dubai, has begun. The first phase of 3,828 units is already 90 per cent let. Phase two is for 5,000 apartments. There are also 208 villas for sale freehold priced from USD551,000 to USD588,000.
