Waterfront Smart Homes for Dubai

Trident International Holdings, the Hong-Kong based real estate firm, has signed Pacific Control Systems to implement Smart Homes at The Waterfront tower at Dubai Marina. The technology alliance, which is backed by Schneider Electric, Honeywell, GE Interlogix and Tridium will provide cutting-edge control-equipment technologies for the 20-storey luxury apartment tower. The system will provide a touch screen in every home with control capability to create a totally automated environment that is energy efficient.
