Emaar shares, heavy trading

Shares in Emaar Property, the leading Dubai property company, have seen heavy trading in the past week, and registered a modest rise in value from Dhs23.50 to Dhs24.75. Brokers said the prospect of villa price rises in the autumn was stimulating investor interest. But the shares have traded in a tight range for several years and have not broken that pattern yet.
