Saudi Arabia Bank chooses custom classroom training from Banker's Academy in English and Arabic

A Saudi Arabia Bank has recently chosen custom Branch Manager and Customer Service classroom training from Edcomm Banker's Academy in both the English and Arabic languages. Achieving Branch Manager Excellence and Achieving Customer Service Excellence will be taught by bilingual instructors and through course materials that have been translated to both English and Arabic.
Participants learn a model for successfully communicating with employees and customers while providing outstanding sales and service, as well as about products, how to sell them and how to increase market and wallet share. Branch managers will also learn how to motivate their staff to meet the bank's sales goals.
Achieving Customer Service Excellence, from Edcomm Banker's Academy, teaches bank employees everything they need to be successful at the bank.
The course begins with an overview of the industry, and then addresses the tasks and responsibilities of providing excellent customer service. Participants also learn a model for successfully communicating with customers while providing outstanding service.
