Car sales reflects improving Bahraini economy

During the visit of Mr. Tomohiro Kubota, Assistant Manager for Sales and Marketing for Subaru in the Middle East and Africa, to Bahrain, Mohammed Jalal and Sons (MJS), sole distributors for Subaru, were praised by the manufacturers for their latest increased sales figures on the Subaru range, this year in comparison to last year by 260 per cent.
Mr. Tomohiro Kubota appreciated and congratulated the efforts of MJS in successfully marketing the Subaru range amongst the Bahraini market. The visit focussed on marketing strategies, discussing competitive prices and the up and coming launch of the new style 'Legacy', soon to be in Bahrain. Mr. Kubota also appreciated MJS' s continuous efforts of increasing sales.
Mr John Murray, MJS General Manager said, "Mr Kubota's visit emphasises the importance that Subaru places on the Middle East market and its dedication towards fostering a long and successful relationship with Mohammed Jalal & Sons."
The automotive division of Mohammed Jalal and Sons was established in 1964 and holds the franchise for Jaguar, Peugeot, Suzuki and Subaru. The company has a full service department for all brands of vehicles and a comprehensive spare parts division located in Al Khamis.
