Warning on viatical investments

Gulf News columnist Rick White has issued a wealth warning on viatical investments. These investments gamble on when somebody will die, giving them a payout in their lifetime in return for assets when they die. Mr White warns investors not to become starry-eyed and to watch out for fraudulent operators.
