- PRESS RELEASE
Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (AMAN) has signed a three-year trade partnership agreement with the Arabian Automobile Association (A.A.A.) to provide vehicle emergency roadside assistance (E.R.A.) to its motor clients throughout the UAE. The agreement is further indication of the newly founded company's commitment to providing a comprehensive service offering.
As a result of the deal, AMAN's customers will have full access to E.R.A. facilities throughout the UAE and need no longer fear being stranded. The deal ensures 24 hours a day, 365 days a year emergency roadside assistance for all AMAN motor customers.
These include mechanical first aid, towing, battery recharging, tyre replacement, lock-out recovery and petrol delivery. Members can also obtain an international driving licence or vehicle registration renewal at preferential rates.
"The A.A.A. is committed to providing the highest quality service to the new tranche of customers we expect from this deal with AMAN. We view this as a strategic alliance that will be very good for our business," said Paul Joseph, A.A.A. Managing Director.
A.A.A. guarantees to locate each service subscriber within 30 minutes inside city limits and one hour in intercity locations. Depending upon the emergency requirement, a fully operational towing vehicle is dispatched, or a trained service technician with motorbike or mobile workshop is sent to provide roadside assistance.
