Ghesa Lumat to exhibit at Cityscape Jeddah

Ghesa Lumat will take part at the second edition of Cityscape Jeddah, the premier real estate event of the largest GCC market, to be held from 11th to 13th of June at the Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events. This year, Ghesa Lumat will present the extremely successful "Value Engineering" concept, which allows clients to reduce the costs of their water features projects up to 40%.
The value engineering solutions have already been used in projects such as City of Dreams in Macau or Sheraton Park in Doha where the clients have reduced their costs averagely in 35%.
The concept was also used at the Princess Norah University in Riyadh, where Ghesa Lumat cut the costs by 37.5%.
With an investment of SR75,000,000 the client was able to keep the 187 water features of the complex, including:
• A 100 meter long and 4.5 meters high waterfall that moves 120,000 l/min
• 2 fountains that overflow in a total perimeter of 2.4 kilometers
• A square fountain with a total of 327 jets and 562 LED projectors.
