The move has been made to improve the team's efficiency, reflecting on different subject areas such as, Automotive Technicians to Store Keeping and Management, allowing employees to work towards a goal to better themselves, following a successful career path within the company.

Mr John Murray, General Manager for MJS Automotive Division said, "MJS is proud to introduce this innovative programme with the help of BTI. This will benefit both our customers and also our Bahraini workforce who we strongly believe we should invest in. He also added, "The trainees will be assessed, allowing them to verify their competence and progress, through theoretical and practical exams. At the end of their training they will be presented with a BTI certificate of proficiency."

Being one of the first automotive companies in Bahrain to commit to an in-depth training programme, it represents a clear indication of the commitment MJS has towards its excellence in customer service and staff care. The training programme will commence from the 27th of September and will last for a total of sixteen weeks.

The automotive division of Mohammed Jalal and Sons was established in 1964 and holds the franchise for Jaguar, Peugeot, Suzuki and Subaru. The company has a full service department for all brands of vehicles and a comprehensive spare parts division located in Al Khamis.
