New logo for Global Village

Global Village, one of Dubai's most popular attractions, has launched a vibrant new logo to further enhance its international multicultural appeal with the aim of promoting the annual attraction across the world as an exciting entertainment brand.

The visually attractive logo has a variety of colours - red, green, yellow, blue and white - that represent the culture and entertainment from the different Continents of the world, that have helped transform the Global Village into a popular family destination in the region.

The logo will be used in all communications and promotional campaigns as a simple yet powerful image that people can easily identify with. The logo was designed as part of a major initiative that is underway to transform this annual event into an international tourism landmark.

Mr. Ibrahim Abdul Rahim, newly appointed Director of Global Village, said: "The Global Village is a tribute to the people from different nationalities and ethnic backgrounds who come together every year in Dubai to showcase a myriad of special talents. This new distinctive logo reflects the festivities of Global Village and Dubai's enthusiasm to welcome visitors from all corners of the globe. The new Global Village signature is clear, dynamic and instantly recognisable. With this special new identity we can now look forward to promoting Global Village across the world as a unique entertainment brand."
