- PRESS RELEASE
Spa Resources International (SRI), the Gulf's only spa development consultancy, has been awarded a contract to operate and staff the planned Aqua Senses Well-being Centre at the five-star Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort & Towers in Dubai.
"We will create signature treatments based on the calming and soothing value of water," explained Daniella Russell, Director, Wafi Health & Leisure Group, of which SRI is a part. "We will also however include modern European and exotic Asian treatments."
The 125 square meter Aqua Senses is scheduled to open early September.
"This is an opportunity to create a well-being facility of international standards and of distinctive design drawing on the water concept," said Russell. "It is also another major leisure industry player to add to our client profile."
Sheraton joins SRI's rapidly expanding client portfolio, which includes top-class regional and international hospitality providers.
"Every hotel today needs a well-being facility where clients can be pampered and their minds and bodies rejuvenated," said Arjun Channa, Executive Assistant Manager, Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort & Towers. "We decided to add this facility to extend our range of leisure services and also in response to client demand.
"SRI was a natural choice to execute the project for us as it is a regional market-leader in spa consultancy and development. It is well-known for its international expertise which will be reflected in the facility."
The newly renovated Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Resort and Towers is on the white sands of Jumeirah Beach, surrounded by largest and most beautiful landscaped gardens that boast more than 100 palm trees.
The resort's facilities include 255 luxurious guest-rooms, a kid's club, an outdoor heated pool and numerous restaurants.
