Belkin initiative to focus on consumer satisfaction

- PRESS RELEASE
Over the past few months retailers in the UAE have focused on new methods for customer satisfaction. This is particularly evident during Dubai's Summer Surprises as companies pull out all the stops to attract tourists and residents alike. Companies like Belkin are taking this change to heart and initiating new policies for return. In July, Belkin launched "Try and Buy" a new return policy allowing customers to give back Belkin products purchased at the Mall or other retail outlets.
By offering customers the chance to return the products for any reason, Belkin gains valuable feedback. Try and Buy gives Belkin real insight into consumer habits and the focus shifts from gaining one sale to making sure customers are happy enough to return. "We want to make sure our customers are satisfied" says Patrick Hayati, Managing Director, Emerging Markets, Belkin. "Try and Buy gives customers more freedom but also gives us the feedback we need to improve. We are in the trial phase to see how this works in the Emirates as this has never been done before."
With the ever-changing technology trends in the UAE, Belkin has to consistently and frequently update products. New technology is out for the summer and features prominently at Dubai Summer Surprises. In addition to focusing on making sure the right products are in the right places, retailers like Belkin are looking for ways to stand out and give customers something extra.
