The site will also provide Ramadan health and fitness tips from resident anaZhara.com health expert, nutritionist Mira Abed Rabbo, who commented, "As many of us realize, our eating habits change during the holy month of Ramadan, particularly during the first week as our bodies begin to adjust to fasting through the long hours of summer. My tips will focus on the right eating habits to avoid poor digestion, constipation, and explain the dangers of excess of carbohydrates intake. In addition, I'll also discuss dedicated tips for pregnant women, and those who suffer from blood pressure and diabetes."
Zoya Sakr, editor in chief of AnaZahra.com, explained, "Our mission is to provide the community of Arab women on AnaZahra.com with the information and topics they care about most.
