AnaZahra.com launches new cooking and health microsite in Ramadan

AnaZahra.com is celebrating Ramadan with the launch of a new Ramadan cooking and health microsite. The site will launch in on August 1st and run throughout the month, providing useful information on Ramadan meal planning, health and nutrition.
A focus of the site is daily meal planning with recipes from renowned Chef, Osama El Sayed. He will provide readers with daily meal plans including appetizers, a main course, and sweets and desserts. Chef Osama will also offer readers options to create their own unique meals throughout the holy month.
The site will also provide Ramadan health and fitness tips from resident anaZhara.com health expert, nutritionist Mira Abed Rabbo, who commented, "As many of us realize, our eating habits change during the holy month of Ramadan, particularly during the first week as our bodies begin to adjust to fasting through the long hours of summer. My tips will focus on the right eating habits to avoid poor digestion, constipation, and explain the dangers of excess of carbohydrates intake. In addition, I'll also discuss dedicated tips for pregnant women, and those who suffer from blood pressure and diabetes."
