Famed for its stylish interiors, excellent service and delicious mix of traditional Tuscan origins fused with newer trends in Italian cuisine, the internationally renowned restaurant plans to open the new terrace in March, providing additional seating for 60 people to add to the existing 80 seat capacity.
The covered area will be designed for year-round dining featuring air conditioning for the hot summer months and three glass walls, which can be removed during the winter, showcasing the landscaped gardens and views of the Arabian Gulf.
During his recent visit to Dubai to finalise the developments of the design, Roberto Ruggeri, President of BiCE worldwide, said: 'Encapsulating the understated elegance of BiCE restaurants throughout the world, we are confident that the new terrace will be a comfortable yet sophisticated venue, making full use of the year-round sunshine and breathtaking views of the sea.'
Kees Hartzuiker, General Manager of the Hiltons in Dubai, said: 'Since the opening of BiCE just over a year ago, the restaurant has proved hugely popular amongst hotel guests and residents of Dubai, and this new addition is a testament to its success.'
BiCE is considered to be a favourite dining location in Dubai due to the elegant interior design, lively atmosphere, the attentive service under the management of the charismatic Roberto, and the delicious food which never disappoints. Latest attractions include the BiCE buffet brunch every Friday and live pianist every evening.
