TBWA\RAAD, representing its client Anayou, created a desktop application called Anayou Jazeerat Ramadan. The app alerts users to daily prayer times and update them with fasting tips, thoughts, and answers during the Holy Month. The design features landmarks all around the Middle East situated on an island in the shape of the Anayou logo.

Head of Brands & Digital Marcomms, Michael Maksoudian commented, "Around this time of the year, the audience is bombarded with Ramadan communications; yet, very few brands actually go beyond the standard "season greetings" to build a platform like ours that engages and plays a positive role among our audience as well as the wider Arab community."

"This project is a prime example of how digital can marry brand purpose with consumer needs. As a brand, Anayou is about bringing Arabs together. On the other hand, its users are receptive to new ways to preserve centuries-old traditions. A disruptive digital idea like this bridges the gap. It goes beyond static e-cards and becomes a useful tool," said Preethi Mariappan, head of digital at TBWA\RAAD.

Anayou, the new trilingual mobile and web platform, offers a variety of features. It has all the functions you'd expect in a social network and more. It also enables users to upload and store data, sync mobile contacts and multiple mail accounts, and backup SMS messages. In addition, Anayou is a central portal for high quality entertainment, online gaming, and sports content for the people of Arabia.
