KIA UAE Training Center of Juma Al Majid Group shares its best practices

Located at Ras Al Khor Dubai, KIA UAE Training Center aims to share its best practices in a standardized manner, the center conducts technical and non-technical training programs which include courses like New Model Training for Multi Level Kia Service Advisors Program, Multi Level Kia Service Technicians Education Program, Product Knowledge Training for Sales Staff, Online training materials for Service Technicians and Advisors.

KIA UAE Training Center was established in 2005 with a vision to provide world-class training to its staff and business partners in the automotive industry.

Kia Cyber Academy also has multi-level training programs for the Service, Warranty, Parts and Sales staff. The registered staff members can access relevant courses using computers at their free time. Offline training courses are also available on the website and an e-test is provided to the registered participants who complete their courses.

"Certificates can be generated online if participants pass their respective examination," said Eng. Suleiman, Department Manager of Training and Technical Support.

"The training center also conducts community literacy programs including a special training course for jail in-mates, valuable fleet customer staff and selected universities at their facilities or through the training center," added Eng. Suleiman.
